Policies & Procedures

We have established some basic policies and procedures to ensure everyone enjoys their stay:

CHECK-IN

Check-in 3:00pm

Check-out 10:00am

PETS

Sorry but pets are not allowed. Violation will result in removal from condo and loss of all payment.

SMOKING

The condo is a smoke-free environment. Smoking is prohibited.

LINENS & TOWELS

Sorry but linens and towels are not provided. However, each bed has a comforter and pillows. Don’t forget to bring pool and bath towels along with you.

POOL

The condo association has a pool that guests are welcomed to enjoy. There is no lifeguard on duty. Please respect the neighbors as most of them live there full-time.
