PAYMENT

$100 nonrefundable deposit required to book reservation. When deposit is received a contract will be mailed.

50% of total payment due 30 days after booking reservation. Balance due 2 weeks prior to reservation.

$500 security deposit will be added to the cost. After your stay the condo will be cleaned and inspected. The security deposit will be returned within 30 days, less any damages that occur other than normal wear and tear.

KEY

Once final payment is received a key to the condo will be mailed about 7 days prior to stay, along with a return envelope. After your visit the key needs to be mailed back to us. (The security deposit will not be returned until the key is received)

PETS

Sorry but pets are not allowed. Violation will result in removal from condo and loss of all payment.

SMOKING

The condo is a smoke-free environment. Smoking is prohibited.

LINENS & TOWELS

Sorry but linens and towels are not provided. However, each bed has a comforter and pillows. Don’t forget to bring pool and bath towels along with you.
